In the first meeting, we define the program with the client and establish specific expectations related to the project. Site visits enable us to assess the assets – facades, orientations, significant ground elements, or structures we may intervene with. This analysis is essential and provides a clear view of the project’s challenges, allowing us to approach the initial designs with insight.
• Design and Visualization
After specifying the requirements, the initial design studies are presented. The project is created in a 3D virtual environment, taking into account lighting, access, site topography, as well as regulatory and environmental constraints. We define various materials and equipment that will be used, thereby enabling the determination of the project’s financial coverage.
• Construction
According to the approved designs by the client, scheduling is carried out, and the project’s construction begins as per the established timeline. Subsequently, with continuous and sequential supervision, the construction phases are executed in accordance with the structural and architectural designs, ultimately delivering a high-quality, durable building in accordance with the approved plans.
